The geography of scientific internships is expanding
Mamatova Irodakhon Yusupovna, Head of the Department of Biological Chemistry of the Andijan State Medical Institute, Doctor of Chemical Sciences, won the competition "Short-term scientific internships for young scientists in leading scientific organizations" and is currently conducting research together with Professor Jean Sevigny at the Department of Immunology and Microbiology, Laval University in Canada . Laval University is one of the oldest universities in North America and is now ranked among the TOP 500 universities in the world.
This internship, funded by the Fund for Financing Science and Innovation Support, aims to develop new treatments for inflammatory bowel disease.
For information: from 2018 to the present, the Ministry of Innovative Development and the Fund Financing Science and Innovation Support have organized internships for about 500 of our scientists in the most advanced higher educational institutions and scientific institutions in 32 countries of the world.
