The delegation led by Jonibek Tavakalov, executive director of the Fund for Science Financing and Innovation of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, based on the proposal of ThermoFisher Scientific, delivered the production process and Thermo Scientific TALOS F200i transmission to the plant located in Brno, Czech Republic. a visit was held in order to get acquainted with the use of the electron microscope and the commissioning process.

On October 16-21, 2023, a meeting was held with Michael Manssberger, manager of ThermoFisher Scientific.

During the meeting, information was provided about the products manufactured by ThermoFisher Scientific, in particular, transmission electron microscopes, students of higher education institutions of the Czech Republic were introduced to paid short-term targeted production practice at enterprises of economic sectors.

It was agreed to send 3 young scientists to a scientific internship on the use of transmission electron microscope.

Also, during the visit, the production process at the factory of ThermoFisher Scientific located in Brno, Czech Republic was familiarized.

During the meeting, the production process of Transmission electron microscopes, the characteristics of these microscopes and the necessary measures to be followed during working with them were introduced.

At the same time, during the visit, they got acquainted with the scientific laboratories established at CEITEC Masaryk University and CEITEC Brno University of Technology and the available modern laboratory equipment.

These centers were established at the expense of the universities of the European Union and the Czech Republic and were given the status of central laboratories.

To use the centralized laboratories, employees of Czech higher education and scientific research institutes register on a special platform and determine their turn.

During the meeting, the complex equipped scientific laboratories that meet international standards and how transmission electron microscopes are used in these laboratories were studied.
