On November 16 of this year, the director of the Agency for Innovative Development, Olimjon Toychiev, attended the opening ceremony of the office of the Saxon University in Uzbekistan at the University of Geological Sciences, established within the framework of Uzbek-Saxon cooperation.
During the event, participants were acquainted with the goals and objectives of this representative office. These include functioning as a communication and consulting center for young Uzbek citizens who wish to study at universities in the free state of Saxony. Additionally, opportunities for young Uzbeks to work in companies within the Saxony region were highlighted, and responses to inquiries from media representatives were provided.
Also, as part of the national project "Green Space," saplings were planted together with the guests present at the event.
At the end of the event, a bilateral meeting was organized with the participation of representatives from Uzbekistan and Germany. During the meeting, Olimjon Toychiev addressed the topics of joint scientific internships, the creation of innovative projects, and developments in the direction of cooperation between Uzbek and German scientists.
