Setting to measure the electrical properties of semiconductors using the Hall effect

Hall effect measurement circuit for electrical characteristics of semiconductors. When measuring the Hall effect, the phenomenon of transverse potential difference is used when a conductor with direct current is placed in a magnetic field. The Hall photoelectric effect makes it possible to measure various electrical parameters depending on the radiation wavelength in the sample, as well as to obtain the dependence of the density and mobility of charge carriers, resistance and Hall coefficient on the radiation wavelength.
